Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of GoToMarketFit (the "Product"), operated by [Your legal name / business]. By purchasing, you agree to them.

What you're buying

A one-time purchase grants you access to the private GoToMarketFit source-code repository and, depending on your tier, support and community access. Access is delivered by adding you to our private GitHub organization.

License

Subject to these terms and payment in full, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use, modify, and deploy the Product's source code to build and ship your own applications — including client and commercial projects — on unlimited projects, with no per-seat or per-app fees.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Product's source code as a starter kit, boilerplate, or template, whether modified or not.
• Share, publish, or transfer your repository access to anyone outside your organization.
• Represent the Product itself (as opposed to applications you build with it) as your own product for resale.

Payment

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Prices are shown at checkout and are one-time unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are handled by Lemon Squeezy.

Refunds

We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within 15 days of purchase, email hello@gotomarketfit.com for a full refund. On refund, your access to the private repository and community may be revoked.

Support and updates

• Support is provided at the level included in your purchased tier.
• You receive updates and new modules for 12 months from purchase; the code you have remains yours to use under the license above after that period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Product to build anything unlawful, and not to attempt to circumvent access controls or abuse the support or community channels.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Product is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You are responsible for how you configure, secure, and deploy any application you build with it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Your legal name / business] will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability arising from the Product will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [your country / state], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
