What we collect

• Checkout & payment details. Our checkout and payment processing are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email, billing details, and payment method directly. We do not receive or store your full card details — we receive order metadata such as your email address, the product purchased, and the amount paid.
• Your email address. Used to send your purchase confirmation and to deliver access to the private repository.
• GitHub username (optional). If you provide it at checkout, we use it to add you to the private GitHub organization directly.

How we use it

• Deliver what you bought — GitHub repository access, a Discord invite (where applicable), and a confirmation email.
• Provide support at the level included in your tier.
• Keep records required for accounting, tax, and fraud prevention.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers we share data with

We rely on the following processors, each only to the extent needed to run the service:

• Lemon Squeezy — checkout, payments, and merchant-of-record services.
• Supabase — stores order records (email, tier, fulfillment status).
• Resend — sends transactional email (your confirmation).
• GitHub — grants access to the private repository via an organization invitation.
• Discord — community access for tiers that include it.
• Vercel — hosts this website.

Data retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide access, support, and to meet legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@gotomarketfit.com. Note that some data (for example, records held by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record) is subject to that provider's own policy and retention rules.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access to order records is restricted to privileged server-side credentials. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above.
